Exploded Archives is a company that stages site specific performances
and events based on archival materials. Our group is made up of
researchers, performers and interaction designers who are committed to
explore new interfaces for time-based archives as site specific art
actions. We stage, organize and execute site specific performances. We create exhibitions based on archival material with a crew of live actors and performative objects. Presently we are working on the project “Rottenbiller utca 1”, an archival performance series staged in Budapest, Berlin, Paris and New York in the year 2012 and 13 – with the title “Welcome to the Time Machine: The European School and Beyond”. |
